Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Quenvaris Inc ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the game DEVOUR (the "Game").

1. Information we collect

We do not collect, store, or receive personal information from the Game. Specifically, we do not ask for and do not receive:

• your name, email address, phone number, or postal address;
• account credentials, because the Game has no accounts;
• contacts, photos, microphone or camera access;
• precise or approximate location.

2. Information stored on your device

The Game keeps a local record so that a run leaves a trace between sessions. It is written to your device's local storage and is never transmitted to us. It consists of:

• Record — deepest layer reached, runs played, total cuts, lesions cleared, stars earned, time spent, and clears counted by layer kind;
• Surgery log — the last twelve runs, each with its layer, kind, outcome and number of cuts;
• Achievements, case archive entries and instruments you have unlocked;
• Settings — background sound level and motion preference.

None of this identifies you. Deleting the Game, or clearing its storage from your device settings, removes all of it permanently. We cannot restore it, because we never had a copy.

3. No analytics, advertising, or tracking

The Game contains no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, and no third-party tracker. It does not build an advertising profile, does not use tracking identifiers, and does not share anything with data brokers. There is nothing to opt out of.

4. Network use

The Game is designed to run without a network connection. It does not send gameplay data to a server. If you reach us by email, or if your platform's app store handles a download, update, or purchase, that exchange is governed by the privacy policy of that provider (Apple or Google) and not by this one.

5. Children

The Game is not directed at children under 13, and because it collects no personal information, none is knowingly collected from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, contact us and we will delete it.

6. Your rights

Privacy laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA give you rights to access, correct, delete, or port the personal information a company holds about you, and to object to its sale. We hold none, so there is nothing for us to produce, correct, or erase. The data described in section 2 is under your control on your own device. We do not sell or share personal information; we never have.

7. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Material changes to how information is handled will be described here in plain terms.
